Our modern spit roast machines allow us to cook any meat you want and to do so at indoor, as well as outdoor, events. Most of our clients still order whole roasted hogs from us, but we also provide spit roasted lamb, chickens, beef, gammons and turkey. You just need to tell us what meats you would like, how many people you are catering for. Then sit back and let us work out how much you need, and cook it all for you.
We also offer an extensive range of side dishes. There is something for every taste included on our menu. All you need to do is to choose the salads, vegetables, sauces, stuffing, gravies, canapés and desserts you know that your guests will enjoy. We prepare everything and serve it all at the perfect temperature.
As well as chefs, we can also supply a full waiting team. They take care of laying the tables, serving your guests and cleaning up afterwards.
